Angeles Works is a brand of Clawsers LLC (“Angeles Works”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit angelesworks.com, request a quote, call, email or text us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Project requests. Your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company, project location, message, plans and photos you send through our quote form or by email.
- Calls, emails and text messages. Your phone number, email address and the content of our conversations.
- Website visits. Pages viewed and browser type help us understand how our website is used. We also use browser storage to remember your first landing page, referring website hostname and campaign source, medium and name when available, plus the latest referral with those details. We use a 30-day window; older details are replaced on your next visit. If you submit a quote request, we save that information with your request, along with your optional answer to “How did you find us?” We do not collect full referring URLs or search terms through this feature.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare estimates and quotes, coordinate orders and delivery, keep a record of our conversations, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
We text you only about your project or request, when you text us first or tell us on a call that we may text you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See the SMS section of our Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and messaging provider, email provider and website hosting, and only as needed to provide those services. We may share project details with our manufacturing partners to prepare your quote, and we may disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep project records, including messages, for as long as needed to serve your project and meet our business and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing oleg@angelesworks.com or calling (818) 600-9037. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
